About Our Company

QuadM Technologies, LLC is a contract manufacturer of high quality precision miniature components for the medical industry.

QuadM Technologies, LLC’s highly qualified team has over 25 years of collective medical manufacturing experience, thus providing the capability of meeting the growing needs of the medical industry. Through this wealth of experience, we are able to manufacture components and assemblies from prototype to production.

We provide precision medical devices with tolerances within +/-.0001 through the use of the latest state-of-the-art 10 axis Citizen Swiss Screw Lathes. QuadM Technologies, LLC also utilizes the newest and most capable software systems available in order to produce components with overwhelming complexity.

Our Story

In September 2014 QuadM Technologies opened its doors in Hamilton, New Jersey. Owner and founder Noric Escalona had previously spent 10 years in the medical device contract manufacturing industry, having been part of the operations of CPK Technologies.

Noric carefully grew the business to its current capacity and team of seasoned engineers and machine operators. QuadM credits its outstanding product quality and tight relationships with its customers to the excellence and loyalty of its people. The success of the business is a reflection of the strength of the team behind every part that it delivers.
